Getting started

How online physician visits work

How does SimpleFixRx online telehealth work?

Choose a program, such as our weight loss programs or DENSE Hair Growth Serum, and complete a secure online visit. An independent licensed physician reviews your health history and decides whether treatment is appropriate. If a prescription is issued, the dispensing pharmacy reviews it before your medication ships to your door. Payment does not guarantee treatment.

How do I start an online visit?

Choose a program and complete the designated intake, for example the weight loss intake or the DENSE intake. Have a photo ID, a list of your current medications and supplements, and a current photo of yourself ready. An authorized clinician reviews your request and arranges any additional evaluation before making treatment decisions.

Do I need a prescription to use SimpleFixRx?

Prescription medications require a valid prescription following an appropriate clinical evaluation, which our independent physicians provide through the online visit. Cosmetic skincare such as Royal Hive Skincare does not require a prescription. Payment or completing an intake form does not guarantee prescribing or dispensing.

Does SimpleFixRx require a video consultation?

Your provider determines the evaluation and follow-up you need based on your health history, treatment and the requirements where you are physically located. A live video or phone visit, testing or an in-person examination may be required. If a call is needed, choose a quiet, private setting.

How quickly will a doctor review my medical questionnaire?

Review time varies with provider availability and whether additional information, a live visit or testing is needed. A completed questionnaire is not an approval or a guaranteed shipping date. Text (682) 245-2031 to reach our team or request a conversation with your provider.

Is SimpleFixRx right for everyone?

No. A clinician must determine whether remote care and the requested treatment are appropriate. You may need testing, an in-person examination, another treatment or a referral. This service is not for emergencies; call 911 for a medical emergency.

What if I have other medical conditions?

Tell your clinician about all medical conditions, allergies, medicines and supplements, and whether you are pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do not stop or change an existing treatment without guidance. The clinician will decide whether additional evaluation or coordination with your usual provider is needed.

Weight loss

Sema & Tirzep GLP-1 programs

How do I get a GLP-1 weight loss prescription online?

Start the online weight loss visit. A licensed physician reviews your health history, weight-related goals and current medications, then decides whether a GLP-1 medication such as Sema or Tirzep is appropriate for you. Learn more about our physician-guided weight loss programs.

What is the difference between Sema and Tirzep?

Sema is a GLP-1 receptor agonist. Tirzep acts on both GLP-1 and GIP receptors. Both are used with diet and physical activity for weight management, and both are prescribed only after a clinician determines they are appropriate. Your physician will explain which option, if any, fits your health history. Compare plans on our weight loss programs page.

Are compounded medications FDA-approved?

No. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality before marketing, and they are not FDA-approved generic equivalents of branded medicines. A compounded medication should be considered only when a patient’s medical needs cannot be met by an FDA-approved drug and applicable compounding requirements are met. Read FDA’s guidance on compounded GLP-1 medications.

What side effects should I watch for with GLP-1 medications?

Risks differ by medication. Review your prescription’s safety information and ask your clinician which symptoms need prompt attention. Call 911 for trouble breathing, chest pain, fainting, signs of stroke or another emergency. Contact your clinician promptly about severe, persistent or unexpected symptoms.

How should I store my weight loss medication?

Follow the pharmacy label for your exact medication. Temperature-sensitive medications usually need refrigeration once they arrive. Contact the pharmacy before using medication that arrives damaged or outside its required temperature conditions.

What if I am not prescribed any medication?

Eligibility is decided by an independent licensed provider, not by payment. Review the program’s checkout terms for any consultation fees, payment authorizations and refund conditions before submitting an order. If treatment is not prescribed, contact our team to confirm how those terms apply to your transaction.

Thinning hair

DENSE prescription hair serum

What is DENSE Hair Growth Serum?

DENSE Hair Growth Serum is a prescription topical scalp serum for thinning hair in men and women. It is prescribed only after a licensed physician reviews your online visit and decides it is appropriate for you.

Can women use a prescription hair growth serum?

Yes, DENSE is offered to both men and women. Tell your clinician if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding, because some hair-loss ingredients are not appropriate during those times. Your physician decides whether DENSE is right for you. Start the DENSE online visit.

How long does it take to see results for thinning hair?

Hair grows slowly, so changes, if any, usually take several months of consistent use to notice. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. Follow your provider’s directions and check in with them about your progress.

Wellness & skin

Wellness Plus and Royal Hive

What is Wellness Plus?

Wellness Plus is a physician-reviewed program built around NAD+, B12 and glutathione for energy and skin rejuvenation support. Like every prescription program, it requires an online visit and a clinician’s decision before anything is prescribed.

Do Royal Hive skincare products need a prescription?

No. Royal Hive Skincare is a cosmetic line made with beeswax, propolis and botanical oils, so you can order it directly through the Royal Hive order form with flat-rate $12 shipping. Royal Hive products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

What is in The Complete Bundle?

The Complete Bundle combines DENSE Hair Growth, Sema Max Dose and NAD+ for skin rejuvenation in one $499 order with shipping included. Each prescription item still requires a physician’s review and approval.

Sexual health

Contraception and the Ready Reserve kit

Can I get birth control online?

Yes. Our Sexual Health page lists physician-reviewed contraception options. Complete an online visit and an independent physician decides which option, if any, is appropriate based on your health history.

What is the Ready Reserve emergency antibiotic kit?

Ready Reserve is a physician-reviewed prescription kit for travel and severe-weather preparedness. A clinician reviews your online visit before prescribing, and you should contact a clinician before using any antibiotic.

Pricing & billing

Cost, insurance and payments

How much does online weight loss treatment cost?

Pricing depends on the program and prescribed product. Review the current checkout for the medication, consultation, shipping, supply quantity and any subscription or renewal charges. See current plans on our weight loss programs page. Promotional pricing and availability may change; ask the team to clarify discrepancies before payment.

Can I use my medical insurance with SimpleFixRx?

SimpleFixRx is a self-pay service. Check the program’s current payment terms before ordering, and do not assume your insurer will reimburse the cost. Our team can help clarify the payment arrangement for your selected program.

What will appear on my bank statement?

Contact support if you need to confirm the billing descriptor or do not recognize a charge. Check your receipt and program terms, and never send full card details through ordinary text or email.

Can I return my shipment?

Contact support promptly about a wrong, damaged or missing shipment, a suspected defect or a temperature concern. Do not mail medication back without instructions. Return, refund and replacement options depend on the circumstances, applicable law and the terms disclosed for your order.

How do I pause or cancel my orders?

Contact support to request a pause or cancellation and review the program’s renewal terms. Ask for confirmation of the effective date and whether an order is already being processed, dispensed or shipped. A request does not automatically stop an in-process prescription.

Ordering & shipping

Delivery, tracking and pharmacies

How long does it take to receive my order?

Shipping is arranged only after any required prescription is approved and the dispensing pharmacy completes its review. Availability, carrier and delivery timing depend on the medication, pharmacy and destination. Tracking information, when available, provides an estimate rather than a guarantee.

Where does SimpleFixRx ship to?

Availability varies by program, your location, the treating provider’s authorization and the dispensing pharmacy’s ability to serve your state. Please confirm availability with our team before ordering. A state being listed for one program does not mean every medication can be prescribed or shipped there.

Do I need to be home to sign for my order?

Delivery and signature requirements vary by carrier, pharmacy and product. Check your shipment notice and arrange timely receipt, particularly when temperature-controlled medication is involved. An electronic consent signature is not the same as a carrier’s delivery signature.

What shipping courier do you use?

The carrier and service level depend on the dispensing pharmacy, product and destination. Refer to your shipment notification for the carrier and tracking details. Do not assume every order uses overnight delivery or the same shipping company.

What if my delivery is delayed, damaged, incorrect or missing?

Contact support at support@simplefixrx.com and the dispensing pharmacy promptly with your order information. Address changes after dispatch may not be possible. Do not use medication that arrives damaged, appears incorrect or has a suspected temperature problem until the pharmacy advises you.

Is the packaging discreet?

Packaging may differ by pharmacy and product, and required sender, pharmacy or medication labeling may be visible. We cannot promise that every shipment is unbranded or anonymous. Contact support before ordering if you have a specific privacy concern.

Can I get my prescription sent to a local pharmacy?

You may ask about your pharmacy options and where an eligible prescription can be sent. Availability depends on the medication, formulation, pharmacy and applicable rules. Contact the team or your prescriber before ordering to discuss your preference.

Can I use an existing prescription?

An existing prescription may be reviewed, but acceptance, transfer and dispensing are not guaranteed. Email support@simplefixrx.com with “pharmacy transfer” in the subject line. The prescriber and pharmacy must confirm validity, clinical suitability and any applicable transfer rules.

How do I cancel my order?

Text (682) 245-2031 or email support@simplefixrx.com as soon as possible. Whether an order can be stopped depends on its processing, dispensing and shipping status and the applicable terms. Ask for written confirmation; cancelling a subscription and cancelling an already-processing order may require separate actions.
