From online visit to your door, in three steps.
- Step 1
Consult with a provider
Answer a short, confidential health history so a licensed U.S. physician can review and prescribe safely. Under 18? We need parental consent first: a parent joins your first visit by Zoom, or you email a notarized permission-to-treat form a support@simplefixrx.com. Not required for the over-the-counter Morning-After Pill.
- Step 2
3 months shipped to you
If approved, a full 3-month supply ships to your door for one flat price with shipping included, so there’s no monthly reorder to remember.
- Step 3
Check in before refills
A quick check-in with your care team confirms everything is still working before your next 3-month refill ships. Pause, switch or cancel from your patient portal.

Real experiences, real routines.
“I switched to the 3-month plan for Portia and honestly forgot I even had to think about refills. It just shows up.”

“Glad I could find a progestin-only pill without a week of back and forth.”

Can I get birth control online?
Yes. Choose an option above and complete our secure online intake. A licensed U.S. physician reviews your health history and decides whether the option is appropriate before anything is prescribed. If approved, your medication ships to your door.
Is the physician visit included in the price?
Yes. The physician review and ongoing refill check-ins are included in the price shown for each option, along with $12 shipping. Payment does not guarantee a prescription.
Will my prescription auto-fill without a check-in?
No. Consistent with every SimpleFixRx program, refills are not filled without a check-in. You’ll get a short form before each shipment.
Can I switch products or cancel anytime?
Yes. You can request to pause, switch or cancel from your patient portal or by texting (682) 245-2031. Orders already being processed or shipped may not be stoppable.
What is the difference between combination and progestin-only pills?
Combination pills such as Sprintec, Portia and Yasmin contain estrogen and a progestin. Progestin-only pills such as Errin contain no estrogen and must be taken at the same time every day. Your physician will consider factors like migraine history, smoking, BMI and breastfeeding to find the safest fit.
Which option is right for me?
Your intake and physician review help find the safest fit. For example, the Twirla patch is not recommended for patients with a BMI of 30 or greater, and people who are sensitive to estrogen are often guided toward progestin-only options like Errin. Share your priorities and health history in your intake.
What if I need emergency contraception right now?
The Morning-After Pill (generic levonorgestrel) is available as a one-time order and works best the sooner it’s taken. Because shipping takes time, if you need it immediately, it is also sold over the counter at most pharmacies. It is a backup method, not a replacement for ongoing birth control.
Can I get UTI or yeast infection treatment online?
What if the patient is under 18?
The Morning-After Pill is over the counter for any age, with no visit or form needed. For every other product, we need parental consent first: a parent or guardian joins your first visit over Zoom, or you email a notarized permission-to-treat form a support@simplefixrx.com before your appointment.
Do you serve my state?
Availability depends on your location, the treating physician’s licensure and the dispensing pharmacy. Select your state at the start of the intake, and our team will let you know if an option isn’t available where you live.
